Since 1997, Ernest Ng founded RedDot BrewHouse out of pure passion and fondness for homebrewed beer. What used to be just humble curiosity 14 years ago is now the pioneer of the craft beer scene in Singapore.
Crystalla began helping out with her father, Ernest, at a young age of 7 and fell in love with brewing process ever since. As Crystalla mature, she started pouring her efforts into experimenting with different flavours and styles and went on to study beer brewing science in VLB Berlin, the oldest beer brewing university in the world. The young brewmaster is also trained in food science and has received her Bachelor in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. It was through her travels and personal experiences that she found the inspirations for all the different interesting beer flavours, and develop the zest to share these with the world.
Today, RedDot BrewHouse is currently run by a closely knitted family, with a philosophy to continuously bring about the most intriguing flavours and personal experiences to the table of RedDot BrewHouse

Being the first female Singaporean certified brewmaster, Crystalla Huang redefines Singapore beer experience by pouring her effort into creating eccentric and original beer flavours that recounts stories of her life. Her love for the brewery, coupled with her bold and curious nature is creatively translated into her craft and dining experience at the RedDot BrewHouse - Singapore’s first locally owned Craft Brewery cum Restaurant.
